Designing Flexible Tech Work Environments for Growth

IT.Co, a global technology company, partnered with Dwp Interics through design consultancy to evolve its workplaces over two decades across India.

The Bangalore office continues that evolution of a space that embraces flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The design replaces traditional layouts with open, 120 degree workstations that foster connection. Modular partitions, carpets, ceilings, and furniture allow for quick reconfiguration as needs grow. Colour, texture, and spatial rhythm bring balance between movement and focus.

It is a workplace built to evolve, designed with the same adaptability that defines the company’s approach to innovation.
