Designing a Corporate Office for Everyday Momentum

Amazon’s Aquilla facility in Bangalore houses technology and operations teams who thrive on speed and precision.

The design by DWP Interics reflects that rhythm with spaces planned to keep communication open, movement natural and energy consistent throughout the day.

The intent was to translate Amazon’s distinctive brand values into spatial form without repetition or clutter. Scrum zones, meeting pockets and informal lounges are distributed through each floor to create a series of micro-communities that encourage connection and collaboration.

The use of colour and graphics is deliberate; enough to create identity, but balanced so that teams can adapt the space as their work evolves.

Circulation paths are clear and uncomplicated, linking team neighbourhoods with shared amenities and recharge zones. Natural light, layered textures and simple detailing make

the office feel both efficient and easy to navigate.

Each space supports the precision and pace that define Amazon's business.
