A Workspace built around Collaboration and Flow

Atlassian, a global software company known for its collaboration and productivity tools, wanted their Indian office in Bangalore to embody the same principles that define its culture - openness, agility, and teamwork.

Dwp Interics translated this vision into a design centered around connection and movement.

The defining element of the space is a large town hall that runs from the reception to the cafeteria - the heart of the workplace.

Designed for flexibility, it can transform seamlessly from a large gathering space into smaller, dynamic team zones. This fluidity allows the environment to adapt to different moments of work, dialogue, and community.

The cafeteria carries forward this collaborative spirit through material and craft. Antique wood shutters line the ceiling, copper finishes lend warmth, and patina-textured walls create a sense of timeless character.

Together, these details bring depth and authenticity to a contemporary tech setting.

It’s a workspace designed as an ecosystem — open, responsive, and always ready for collaboration.
