Becton Dickinson, a global medical technology company, sought a workspace in Bangalore that would reflect its focus on human well-being and purposeful innovation.

Dwp Interics designed an environment that combines clarity, collaboration, and calm - a setting where science and empathy meet.

The floor plate is organized as a balanced mix of workspaces, community zones, and neighborhood areas that promote natural interaction and constructive exchange.

This planning approach creates a workplace that feels cohesive yet dynamic, encouraging teamwork while preserving focus.

Biophilia plays a central role throughout the design. Live plants, natural textures, and an earthy palette across walls, furniture, and ceilings create an atmosphere of ease and vitality. 

The material warmth softens the functional rigor of a research-driven company, ensuring the workspace feels human at every level.
